This Steam Summer Sale I have no money at all to spend on games but there is one game that I REALLY REALLY want, Fallout:New Vegas. If anyone would be willing to give me it for free I promise I will enjoy every second of gameplay and will be very thankful.

You don't want it on Steam, you can get it through other means. If you really like the game, buy it from the devs, sell useless crap, get a job, do jobs for others.
I have 4 copies of Garry's Mod. Not sure if you want it because it is almost useless without a Source game like CS: Source or Half-Life: Source.
