SSD high wait

I have two sandisk 960G ssds that are about 2 years old.

This past week I cleaned them and repartitioned them so I would only use about 60% of the space.

I ran blkdiscard before formatting with XFS.
The smart checks show healthy.

But with one of the ssds I am seeing about 30% wait in proxmox while moving a qcow to it. The other drive shows less than 1% wait while moving qcows to it.

Ideas??

You probably already tried a different data/power cable?
As both drives are partitioned the same, I guess it isn’t a block alignment issue causing thrashing or anything like that

Have not powered down recently. But I guess I can try another cable sometime.
