Just finished Ori and the Blind Forest. Bought the game with little info and then bawled my eyes out for a good 10 minutes, Thank god that my parents ain't home when I finished it.
MassEffect3 but not for the reason you want to (second playthrough about 3 weeks later).
The end of SC2 WoL made me cry like really bad.
Books are the way to go to make me cry, just had a moment like that with a book by Bernhard Hennen.

omg I have that game that I bought in a bundle one time and knew there were going to be feels in that game so i stopped quite early D:

The end of The Incredibles- I was very little and it was my favorite game

Crisis Core is Eh at best for me.
Also cried at the ending of Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons. A very effective gameplay mechanic enabled such an emotional response
There was also the fourteenth level of TRI entirely because the level's song just rubbed me right; maybe also because I was very invested in the game by that point and it was nearing the end of the game
Loved that game.
Not so sure about games, never been one for storylines in games, but TV series... the futurama episode Jurassic Bark.

Battlefield 4 was so s**t that it almost made me cry, because I also bought premium on release. Never pre-ordered a game since. (Except for The Witcher 3)

Dead Space. Because of the splitting god damn headache it gave me after 15 minutes of playing.
