I'm talking about a Female PCI-E almost like an extender that goes to a USB 3.0 male header cable.
Is this even possible?
If possible, does anyone make them that I can purchase online?

You mean you want to turn a PCI-e slot into a USB 3.0 header?
Not sure if you would want to attach this to a GPU if it even existed, the maximum bandwidth available for USB 3.0 is 640MBps while PCI-E 3.0 4X is about 4GBps.
If such a cable existed it would be pretty underwhelming for a GPU.
A network card might be okay though. Also depends on the chipset itself if it is able to utilize all the bandwidth of the USB 3.0
@Streetguru No, I legitimately want to turn a USB 3.0 header into a pciE x4 slot. I know, it sounds stupid, but I want to know if it's possible.
Oh no it's not for the GPU, its because I need a second PCIE slot at least a 3.0 x4 on a Mini-ITX.
which direction? Cause PCI-E to usb....uhm....duh?????
but the other way around....i'unno....
Then no, not possible at all, why do you need a second PCI-e slot?
Probably the best thing you could get would be a PCI-E 4x female to male M.2
for a pcie Wireless card. WOMP WOMP WOMP
Yeah I've been seeing those in my search, but then I loose the m.2 slot. I'm just trying to have my cake and eat it too. shucks!
Your ITX board probably has a half sized mini PCI-e/MSATA slot for wifi cards, if not you'll just have to live with a USB wireless adapter, which will be fine if you aren't gaming over USB wifi
I was trying to search for a USB 3.0 male to female m.2 slot. A janky series of connectors.
I believe theonly problem that might occur is that M.2 is wired like a PCI-E slot.
Everyone, I feel like an idiot, I completely just lost 4 hours looking into this and it was not necessary, LOL board has built-in wifi, just wasn't in the picture I was looking at LOL
good thing I'm at work and not on my personal time hahahahahha
Well, at least that is solved haha.
