1.51 is the last version. They haven't worked on it in a while, or if they have they have lost interest.
Emulators are emulators. Don't put down what I say is good versus what you say is good. You could get the "GBA addon" for dolphin and play "gba carts on your gamecube" if you wanted to. That sounds pretty cool to me. Stupid, yes, but I'm not going to yell at someone for it :|
zsnes works fine for me playing Lost Vikings coop and Rock'n'roll Racing with a controller.
