Like the title alludes to I am in desperate need of a new soundcard and plan on getting one in the next week or two and need suggestions.
I want to get one that is good for gaming but it cant be a xfi card as they get a serious case of the rice krispies in my system.
so ya suggestions are appreciated 
how bout those steelseries/icemat usb soundcards?
or the razer barracuda soundcard.
i have no experience with both, but i've heard good things.

4gb 800 mhz ram
2 x 9800gtxs
780i motherboard -most likely the problem
