Sound Card /Headphone Recommendations

I've been looking recently for an upgrade to my low quality Logitech USB headphones, and I want to spend around $250 (USD) for a new headset and sound card. Any suggestions on a good pairing would be appreciated.

My current considerations are the SteelSeries Siberia v2 with either the Asus Xonar Phoebus, Asus Xonar STX, or the SteelSeries 7H with the Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Titanium
