I've heard good things about the pci Asus ones, really depends on how much you want to spend

I would suggest an asus xonar ard. Pretty much any xonar card above 30 bucks will do the job but the ruler of the roost is definatley the Asus xonar essence STX.

You can't Use a sound card with USB headsets, USB headsets have their own Soundcards. Soundcards are useless if you're using headphones with poor audio quality like the cheap plantronics headsets.

I just watched a few Youtube vids from Newegg TV about the new Creative sound card and headsets/modules. They seem pretty well manufactured. They were about    80-100 bucks but they're pretty high quality material. I found http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16829132052 for a pretty cheap price and it will do the job.

That sound card isn't going to do anything if you're using a USB headset.

If im not mistaked, you can get a soundcard that doesnt have a USB connector, and then the system will automatically take the soundcard output to usb? (if that make sense).

To clear it up (stil not 100% sure):

You want to play sound-->System gathers sound files--> gives them to sound card--> sound card makes it awesome--> outputs are given-->usb takes the sound from the soundcard.

Again i am not 100% sure because i have onboard sound and not knowledgeable on soundcards.

I don't really know what you tried to explain but USB headsets have their own "sound card", if you connect a USB headset to your computer the audio signal is digitally transferred to the headset and there converted to analog, this is what your sound card normally does if you connect a headset with a 3.5mm connector. You're bypassing the soundcard you have in your computer with a USB headset.

Yep, In other words, the problem he's having has nothing to do with the on bord soundcard he's using.

Thanks for reminding

but please read before you try to correct someone. My first sentense states that I already knew that
"My MotherBoard has "Realtek High Definition Audio ALC260" sound chip, and sometimes am using USB headphones from PLANTRONICS. On both of this sound chips"

no you/it cannot send analog signal through usb(this will result the system castrofic error),
see, cpu sends binary data(digital data) to sound chip. sound chip converts it to analog signal and outputs to mostly 3.5mm audio jacks. if you want to sand this signal back to bus it must be digitized.
