Sound blaster audigy SE and boot

Yesterday I installed pci sound card in my system. Before that I used onboard audio Realtek. I haven’t uninstalled drivers and/or disabled it in bios before installing pci sound card in pc. Then I installed drivers and tried to restart pc. PC froze at ‘‘windows shutting down’’ screen. I had to physicaly shut it down. When I turned it on, it showed this :

Status: 0xc000000e
Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible

I restarted, went into bios, exited and it worked. Shutdown still didnt work as it should. And when I turned pc on I always had to go into bios first, exit and only then it would boot up. Then I uninstalled all the sound blaster drivers/utility, shutted down pc, took out sound card, and pc worked fine. I tried to put sound card in other pci slot. Issue came back, but this time shutdown worked normally. I took out sound card, uninstalled drivers, since then I cannot get pc to boot up as it should. I tried to do boot repair via installation disk, going to cmd typing bootrec /fixboot /fixmbr. Didnt work. When I turn pc on, on the screen where hard drives should be listed, it detects only hdd but not my system disk (ssd intenso 128gig). It does, after I enter bios and exit.

PC specs:
MSI B150 gaming M3
Intel i5 6500
WD hdd 160 gig
SSD Intenso 128gig

I apologize for my broken english, and thanks for any advice in advance.

EDIT: My OS is win 7 64bit
