Sony Vegas Avi problem

I recorded my COD WAW multiplayer with Fraps. When I tried to edit the recorded clip with Vegas, the clip did not have sound. I downloaded and installed all the audio codecs, but I still getting the same problem.

Any idea?

Most of the time, Vegas rejects uncompressed .avi files due to them being so fucking big. The audio bit rate is probably way too high for Vegas to process. I would load it up in Windows Movie Maker and spit it out in the highest .avi you can then putting it back in Vegas.

vegas works for me wierd that you have problems

Put in windows movie maker, move to vegas. Although quality shall die.
