I am trying to upgrade the graphics card in my Sony Vaio PCV-C12l. Specs: CPU: Intel Pentium 4 530 MOBO: ASUSTeK PTGD2-VX PSU: Delta Electronics DPS-295BB A GPU: Intel 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family

I am hoping to atleast play Minecraft with mods possibly.
