Hi, I just start my gaming rig, I already got my Case : coolermaster haf 912 (good case ? )
Q1: fx-8350 will be good for gaming ?
Q2: im better with 8g 2133mhz or 16g 1600mhz ?
Q3: 750 watts power suply enought ?

For now, I can tell you that 8GB is more than enough for gaming. 750W is also more than enough. What's your budget anyway?
If your gaming and plan on doing any recording or having other programs running while you game the 8350 is an awesome choice. also for gaming the 8g 2133mhz is better but if you plan on doing video editing / rendering images and such i would grab 16gb. and 750w psu is more then enough for a single gpu pc. it will power everything you have pretty much. and yes the haf 912 is a great case. well built and nice features.

It looks good. i would definetely grab a smaller ssd and put in a large capacity hdd. also i would try to upgrade the cpu cooler if you can. overclock the hell outa that 8350!
and yes i would go with a 600w psu it would be much more fitting for your build.
