Hey, I have a weird bug on my PC
I'm in the slovenian region and have a
slovene layout and my alt gr + 1 (tilde) and alt gr + 3 (symbol that looks like a roof) don't work,
not even on the on screen keyboard (the keyboard is ok tested with a 2nd keyboard and still doesn't work)
I recently installed windows 10 (and clean installed it again a week ago because of a RAM issue)
Solved it through help by an IRC channel...
ASUS GPU Tweak II was messing up the keybinds.
