As you can see in the picture, for some reason, the terminal is shifted so that a small portion of it is cut off. Any ideas on how to fix this? Yes, I have googled and no, I couldn't find a solution. Thank you in advance
The picture is rather dark, but it looks as if you are running at full screen on your monitor. If that is the case, it maybe just adjusting your monitor settings will resolve this issue.
I know you have probably tried this, but have you tried the auto adjust on the monitor. Also is it via hdmi/dvi/dp or vga?
I just woke up and realized that I never said what the method is. The monitor is connected through VGA
Thank y'all so much. Out of the dozens of times this has happened and across various installs, along with the many resources I've looked at, not a single one of them mentioned the monitor and I never thought about it being the monitor. To be honest, I didn't even know that there was an auto adjust setting. Thank you again. Y'all don't know how happy I am about this.
