Firstly, excuse me if this has been answered or is in the wrong place. My first post so plunge me with the blunt side of an ax if you feel the need to.
The question.
My board is a Asrock Z68 Pro 3 NON -M. <- Ok but the bios and usb3 controller sucks big time.
I want to get them Kingston 3K's on RAID0, since I had quite of a jealous surprise when I installed two of those in RAID0 in my friends newer machine. But I have done some digging and apparently my mobo does not support TRIM while in RAID. Bios mod maybe?
Thoughts? Or am I wasting everyone's time?
Apology to the grammar nazi's since my maternal language is Finnish and ya all know how it is.
Edit: Used my other alias for other sites for some reason. :D
Well as an answer to my own question it is possible to run TRIM and RAID at the same time with a Z68 mobo.
Look here if you need a bios for it:

Still thanks for the info, can be realy usefull for others aswell.
What does this OROM exactly do? does it modify bios or something?
Grtz Angel ☺
Yup. Its a new modded BIOS that lets you use the intel Raid drivers and software from the Z77 boards with your Z68 or other older board. Basically in Z68's and a few others, the raid controller is exactly the same as with the newer ones, the bios just wouldn't allow you to do certain stuff.
okay thanks ☺
allways interessting information to know
