SOLVED - Sapphire R9 290X not seeing second monitor

I purchased a Sapphire R9 290X to power two Asus VG248QE monitors at 144Hz each by connecting them via Dual DVI. I am running Windows 10 Pro and after installing the latest AMD Catalyst software with the latest Windows 10 driver I am only getting one screen to be recognized. During boot up both monitors are see by the BIOS and even the Windows 10 logo appears right up until the desktop shows. The only one works while the second one remains black. I previously had an Nvidia GTX 980 OC but it couldn't power two monitors at 144Hz so I changed it out. I uninstalled all previous Nvidia drivers along with all AMD Catalyst software and now Windows 10 recognizes both monitors. But everything is at the size of something more an 100 year old blind person. Anyone know of the drivers I should install so that the Sapphire R9 works with Windows 10 and can recognize dual monitors? Any help will be most appreciated.

SOLVED

Uninstalled every previous graphics driver
Installed AMD chipset update for Windows 10
Installed AMD Control Center update for Windows 10
Installed AMD Graphics Card Drivers for Windows 10

All good in the hood.
