Most workstations / servers have a minimum RPM threshold.
Noctuas allow you to move more air for the same amount of noise, but less air overall so your only solution is set them to max and ignore the warning.
Obviously you need to run some benchmark/stress tests to validate the system has adequate cooling closed up with the fans at max.

Alternatively, if you have a VPN to your LAN you can configure Windows 2022 with RDP VERY quickly.

NEVER EVER EVER NEVER keep the first installation on a new server
You can keep the good drivers on a repo drive to survive reinstalls
memtest alone will take a couple days on that system
I connected ethernet and know the IP⌠figured memtest will take a while.

having some issues installing OS now. heh. Got it to load via safe mode, but still havent got to desktop after install. May do a reinstall, or recreate my os install.
Clean install.
Server doesnât like big changes once installed.
Make sure to reenable Secure Boot before installing.
got the boot to work. Firing on all cylinders now. Youâve been a lot of help!
