So I decided to try out KDE, after trying this out I can't seem to find the way to turn the border back on (it has a lot of extra settings I want to play around with accessible through it).
Aslo, what's your favorite dark theme on KDE?
I solved my problem, after trying this again, I see a notice I must have skipped that tells you to press F3.
