[SOLVED] Freenas Only Running at 100mbps and not gigabit

EDIT: FIGURED IT OUT, WORKING NOW!

I'm sorry all I did was switch the ethernet cable around (one side is almost broken)

So I finally got my new memory stick so I could intall Freenas the specs are:

AMD Phenom II X4 965

8gb 1333Mhz ram

2* 250 Seagate Barracudas

Asus Crosshair V (O_o it's because I got it for free)

The case and PSU is something i found in an old windows ME PC

After i set up my hard drives and added a user I tried to transfer some files over and the speed never goes above 11MB/s which is the max speed of 100mbps. I had windows 7 on the nas before and then I could transfer files at around 80 MB/s. My router is a D-link dir-655. I only striped both the hard drives, which I didn't when it ran windows 7, is that bad/why?

What should i do? Thanks

(My English is bad because i'm Norwegian)

I'm having this exact problem, I'm pretty sure Its not the hardware I'm using because I've gotten over 64mb transfer rate on an old computer running windows. With freenas I'm only getting 11mb.

I actually figured out what was wrong, it was the internet cable. The little pin is broken on one side and was slightly falling out causing not all the wires to connect. Hope you figure it out :)
