Back again, got a MSI B350 tomahawk for am4, and a Sapphire r9 290x. Looking for $275ish for the graphics card and $60ish for the board. Free shipping on both. Can cut a discount if someone wants both.

Bumping to add that Iā€™m in the US, and that these cards tend to go around 275, so the price is updated.
