So, last night I got a notification saying "Nvidia Settings has stopped working". I started it up and it's been working fine, except I can't right-click the icon (I do it, and nothing pops up), however double-clicking does open the Nvidia Panel.
Went to launch Skyrim today, along with a few other games, and my FPS refuses to go above 15. Check my GPU stats and it's running at 100%.
Wtf happened?? This card is new (560 Ti - bought last December). Is it a software issue since the Nvidia Settings aren't working properly?
