Socket Help! Reply ASAP

So I was looking through my parts list and I noticed that the title for my CPU said LGA 1150, but then as I scrolled

into " Compare to Similar Processors ", in the CPU Socket Type it says LGA 1155. I just ordered my parts so I

began to worry. So I then went to my motherboard and again I scrolled down and it says the socket type is LGA 1150.. So do I need to get a different CPU?!?

My Parts:

Motherboard: ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00K2MAU5Q/ref=ox_ya_os_product_refresh_T1 )

CPU: ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00KPRWB9G/ref=ox_ya_os_product_refresh_T1 )

the motherboard and cpu have the same socket and are compitable so dont worry about it

Do you think that the LGA 1155 is a typo?

Your safe ... however in the future I would recommend getting specs from manufacturer's site instead of Amazon

Will this CPU Cooler cooler work?

yes that cooler supports socket 1150

what do you use PC for?  Do you plan to OC?

Gotcha, Thanks for the super fast reply :)

The PC will be mainly for gaming & general use.

I do not plan to overclock at least not at the moment, since I'm just coming from console so I'm still nooby when it comes to PC's but I know the minimal basic I guess you could say.

Yeah that'll do

LGA1155 is different from LGA1150.  1155 is older.

Your motherboard will work with your CPU.
