I love snacking on raw almonds whenever I can. Almonds air heated in the air popper taste nice and roasted but prefer the raw almond taste. Recently bought a popcorn air popper on the cheap and was eating freshly popped plain popcorn but found out that it's pure empty carbs so quit using it.
Avoid processed carbs wherever to avoid getting fat. Pro-tip don't drink coca cola etc. or any other fruit drinks else you will not be able to burn fat for the next three days of exercise. Read up on insulin.
My "Anticure" snacks vary a bit. Sometimes it's pretzel sticks with plain old French's yellow mustard; other times it's celery with peanut butter. These are snacks that I've stuck with all my life since they were the usual fair for snack time at the preschool I attended. Wash it down with ice water or lemonade.
