I have some Litecoins in my wallet, how do I actually transfer it to my bank account, and what's the best way? I have a BTC-E account.

Wait until Mt. Gox adopts litecoin, prices will probably jump pretty high when that happens.

Anyone else? I really don't wanna make another damn account! I hate making accounts! I've read people exchanging it for Bitcoins and then somehow transferring them to their bank account...

I mean if you really want to cash out right now then just do it through btc-e but if you don't need to then just wait for it to hit gox, you don't even need to make an account there just once it hits it will jump on other exchanges like btc-e too.

Do we still have no idea when LiteCoin is going to hit Mt. Gox?
