The 69 Eyes aren’t my favourite band, but they’re a great way to slowly lure someone into listening to goth metal and you’ve already played them Type O Negative’s My Girlfriend’s Girlfriend five times.

I kinda feel like Alesana is more “screamo” than metal, but they do fall into the metalcore category, so whatever.
Also I’ve been kind of obsessing over their live performances.
I’ve been to concerts and I’m not a fan of big live shows where you’re sitting half a mile away from the stage. This kind of reminds me of the basement punk shows I went to in WA with a girl I was dating at the time.
So I’m really hoping they show up near me (central CA) some day so I can see them in person.
