Damn, it’s been a while since I last listened to that. Good times.
This one gives me a weird vibe. The guitar riff at the beginning and throughout of the song reminds me of Concrete Jungle by Black Label Society, continues hard and strong, just to suddenly change the drums to something that reminds me of something pop-mashup, like the chorus of Shania Twain - I’m gonna getcha good.
Does anyone else get mixed messages from the sound or is it me whose weird?
Typical drone-y/sludge-y OM. Great stuff if you’re into that sort of thing, along the lines of Sleep, Weedeater, etc.
Not sure if this song is metal. But the artist is considered progressive metal

I finally found the right thread to put this on. Japanese metal mixed with traditional music.
So… Japanese folk metal?
Maybe, it has a high production quality so it seems to have a massive corporate feel. That’s the Japanese as well as us if I’m honest. I am still looking for the perfect raw Japanese rock.
