I've been on the fence for the past little while about installed a VPN. The Tek has been recommending Private Internet Access for the past....well since Jesus shaved. I finally pulled the plug and bought a 1 month subscription from PIA about 5 minutes ago, ever since I watched that road trip video.
Now, I live in Canada, and pay $125 monthly to Bell Canada for 16mb/s down, ~5mb/s up, no bandwidth limit. However, it seemed fishy to me, that no matter what I was doing, all my downloads would be at 2Mb/s across the board. I could torrent, download from steam and watch Netflix no issues.(ish)
