total is roughly 1200 what are your thoughts should i change something? (prices are in AUD)

1200 is a lot to pay for an FX 8350 + 7870 and no SSD.  I think you probably could get a lot better bang for your buck then that... course you're in Australia... which might have something to do with the price.

Who pays for Windows, lol.. Just use a boot loader.

Get a 7870 xt card.

Also, get some 1866 speed ram. Idk what the costs of things are like where you live, but you can pick up some 1866 cl9 2x4gb ram in america for like, 50-60 bucks easily.
