I want to stick with this case or use something around this size with a good PSU.

This will just be an entertainment PC.

That PSU is a POS

and for just a media center you do not need that much motherboard and CPU or ram

and could use a better PSU and more storage

If you need WiFi, though, that may be an issue.  You might have to resort with a USB WiFi adapter.
