Small form factor AMD

I'm looking to build a small form factor pc, I think I itx is the smallest form factor motherboard, but I'm not sure.  If you guys could help me pick a motherboard and the case that would be great.  The main components I'm planning on are

AMD Athlon X4 760K

MSI GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB Video Card

Corsair Builder 430W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5"

Thanks in advance

Why no go with the full Kaveri? AMD has lined up a bunch of new software for their HSA to make use of the GPU in the Kaveri APUs to accelerate the hell out of allot of different kinds of software.

Looks great.  ITX isn't the smallest form factor ever, but it's the most common small form factor.  I also believe it's the smallest one with a PCIe x16 expansion slot.  A cheap motherboard like this should work just fine:

That does look like a good one, but I'm looking to go itx because thats what it has to be, if you know a good itx case too that would help.

Totally missed that lol

What's your budget?

Well I added after you commented because I realized I wasn't clear.

I'd like to go as cheap as possible while still getting a usable product for both the case and motherboard.
