Sli issues on BF3

Hi guys,

Because I'm a Battlefield fan and looking forward to BF4, i decided to upgrade my PC and have 2 Gtx 780's on my G1.Sniper5 Motherboard in order to get the most FPS for my 144hz Monitor. The issue is, that i experience Gpu usage drops, from almost 100% to 40-50%. Everybody says that this is a CPU bottleneck, but i really don´t believe this, i have a 4th generation i7 Processor overclocked to 4.4Ghz so please don´t tell me this is a bottleneck! Is it the game then? (only happens in big outdoor maps while flying with jet or driving with a fast vehicle). I hope this gets fixed in BF4 :/

Don't worry its a known issue with BF3. I know quite a few people with the same issue. The card should be more than perfectly fine for BF4 unless they decide to do a shotty pc port again.

Tanks for the fast reply, now i am a bit less worried about throwing out 1300€ for Graphics cards ;)

Just to be sure, Does it happen with any other games?
