hey, im building a pc for a friend and im not 100% sure but, will 2 XFX 9800gtx's work with xp, cuz my friend cant stand vista after his last expirience with it and he would rather go with 1 card of 2 wont work with xp.

Should be compatible, though if I remember you can't use Tri-SLI in XP, but that doesn't matter because you're only putting 2 in. Also if I remember correctly, you can't get 2 9800 GX2's in XP because they're dual-GPU cards which is pretty much like running Quad-SLI, but again your in the clear with the single-GPU GTX's.
like god of hell said u cant have 2 of the cards in xp only one coz it is classified as 2 cards alrdy
so if u put 2 of em in there is gunna be 4 in there
You Can put 2 9800GTX+ with XP, but like God Of Hell Said if you put 3 9800GTX+ in with XP it might not work, but 2 9800GTX+ should work fine.
i currently have 2 9800 GTX's on 32bit XP
