Skyrim troubleshooting?

So I have a heavily modded Skyrim(around 75 mods) and whenever I click "New Game" the skyrim logo is on the right with an infinite loop of rising smoke.. I've tryed numerous things to fix it such as, 

  • checking load order with tes5edit and manualy
  • deleting local content and re installing all mods twice
  • ensure drivers are up to date
not sure what else to do... could it be my ENB? whenever i try to uninstall it, it's still in the game. Please help

Ok i figured it out, the ENB was using the wrong adapter, ei: gtx 660 whenever i have a gtx760. hope this helps!
