Skyrim ran from extnl.SSD, install guidence needed please for LOOT etc

I have just had to do a clean OS (windows 7 64 pro) install on my notebook, have a backup folder of LOOT, TES5edit, Mod Organiser and SKSE files that I had installed but can't remember what went where and if I actually had it right in the first place. (it was always hit n miss getting it launched).
Game is at present up to date with steam on the SSD and is set up this way as I cant connect to steam at home due to crappy internet connection.
Can someone tell me where I should place which and in what order so I get it right this time around without unnecessary mistakes. Even if I have to start from scratch.
Ultimately I would like to plug the SSD drive into my main PC (OS 7 64 prem) and play it off that as thats my gaming PC (if I need to authenticate thru steam, I will use cell phone to do a quick connect)

Folders(*), Sub Folders( ~ ) on SSD are as follows
"SSD Dovahkin" (>>) [double click folder]

*Steam >>

*Steamapps >>
steam.dll

*common >>
*downloading
*temp
*workshop ~ *content *downloads
appmanfest_72850.acf

*skyrim >>

*Data >>
*DirctX10
*DotNetFX
*Edit Scripts (PAS files)
*LOOT ~ *docs *resources LOOT.exe unins001.exe
*Skyrim
*VCRedist
skse_loader.exe
skyrimLauncher.exe
TES5Edit.exe
TESV.exe
Wrye Bash 306
then .dll files etc

*Interface
*Scripts (PEX files)
*Strings
*TES5Edit Backups
*Video
(then 25 BSA and ESP files)

May need cleaning up but I'm really having Skyrim withdrawl symptoms.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Ps I will try to check every day if I can get connected.. and you thought Oz had bad internet.
update : OK new edit added to clarify things abit. (massive learning curve its become : ))
thanks for help guys

Ah ... operating system is windows 7 64bit premium .. just incase it may influence the answer .

Was conjuring up thoughts of another time.

Have you tried Google....?

Install Loot into your Skyrim folder (same folder with TESV.exe). NOT the data folder. Do the same with TES5 Edit. The same with Wrye Bash (assuming you use that). Check Gopher's vids on youtube for setting up Mod Organizer. He's very thorough and easy to understand.

thanks jajone4, I have added and edited original post, think I have to activate Steam again as it can't find Skyrim yet. will have to go into town to watch videos though. thanks again
