Skyrim Modding Help Needed!

OK, to start off my goal as of the moment is to mod skyrim for immersion. now these are all the current mods that i have installed that i can fit on my drive at the moment. the main problem i am having is getting the "CampingKitNorthernRanger.esp" to either show that its working in game via the pause menus mod config. 
to add to the problem of obtaining immersion it seems that the ability to drink and eat with :"RealisticNeedsandDiseases.esp" on and patches in what i can only assume are the right places. some help to find a way to correct these 2 issues would be great. i have tried reinstalling both game and NMM, tried manual install aswell as using an optimizer to ensure it wasnt a "slowness of the game" issue. 

 

i use sharpshooter ENB w/.229 and SweetFX both INjected

it Probably Is a Load order. but do take into consideration that the Mods you install don't always have a tweak option on the Mod Menu when you pause the game.
