Skyrim Graphics Comparison

I took some screenshots of The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim on High, Medium and Low so you can compare them.

I think that High is actually very nice, I didn't expect it to be that great, but it has exceeded my expectations, although I still think it could have been alot better.

Settings used for High:

Not much massive difference between Low and High! I want to know what the PC version looks like compared to console. Thanks for these screens though

Oh wow. The difference between Low and High is somewhat noticeable, but between Medium and High the difference is surprisingly minimal. Guess I'm not missing that much only playing on Medium :D

not a great screenshot for comparison, no water, ppl, or creatures. Hoping I can play at max settings

I play on ultra with a GTX 560 Ti @ 8xAA and 8xAF. ~40 FPS.

uh I'm building a rig for someone and I was going to put in a 560 (non ti) but he went ahead and got a 550ti his max monitor res is 1333x768 (or something like that) if GPU was his only bottleneck could he run all eyecandy besides resolution near max?

I would assume so. In the eyes of today's graphics cards, that's a lower resolution. A 550Ti should be able to pump out nearly everything on max (give or take a few options)

I max it with all the eye candies @ 1920x1080. I would assume he'll be able to easily.

CPU is an i5 760.

It's missing 3 things, apart from that, it's great for a comparison, shows the View Distance, AF, AA in things like tree's and bushes, which is where it is worse, texture quality and all that stuff.

Also, I've played the game a bit more, thus, I've found nice locations and stuff, will be posting some pictures of them too.
