Okay there are a few questions here regarding skyrim and what should I do?

So I currently play as a level 22 wood elf archer, he uses alchemy as money gainer, he uses stealth+bow for his damage output.
I am looking at becoming a vampire lord but I am unsure if I should or not, there is also werewolf but which works best?

I am also looking at making a pure vampire build, this will of course consist of the vampire lord with a build surrounding it, but I want to skip the first 10 levels as fast as possible, how can I do this?

Advskill marksman x

"X" being how much exp. marksman being the archery skill. This also works for other stats as well. For example

Advskill destruction x
X being the amount of exp you want.
