Was surprised as hell to see Skyrim has decapitations. No one has really given a definitive answer yet as to how you perform them. Some people say it's a perk. Some people say it's a mod. How the hell do you perform decapitations? I saw people using the Dance of Death mod in some videos.
If it's a perk, how does this guy do it at 8:15 into the video? Isn't this the beginning of the game?
