Skyrim Crashing

Hello I have just installed ENB and been having problems with skyrim about how it crashes right when i launch SKSE and i made sure the launch order is right on my mods and i have tried the audio fix and nothing has seemed to work please help and thank you.

I dont call myself the expert at modding Skyrim but most crashes I have experienced were caused from incorrect .INI values or other related settings usually related to mods I have installed.

The mod order in your mod manager (which I assume you have installed) certainly helped me improve performance but I havnt personally found it to cause my game to not launch at all? Try running each mod one at a time, if one of your mods isnt installed correctly or is defective or conflicting with the ENB series you have installed you will likely work this out quite quickly doing this.

For some time I have been experimenting with SweetFX combined with SKSE and Dynavision as I found the ENB series were insanely taxing on the system and often left the game far to dark in a lot of areas.
The benefit I found on top of better frames per second was improved anti aliasing and the ability to be able to fine tweak almost everything colour, sharpness and lighting related etc setting in a simple control panel in real time. (Had Skyrim open on half my screen and the control panel on the other)
How ever! The reason I mention all this is if I changed one setting and put a wrong decimal point in or set value to high or if anything was not correctly set the game would crash instantly and would refuse to run again until I ether reversed the settings or corrected the settings I had just changed to a more appropriate value.

I install mods manually by dragging and dropping files into the data folder, as I installed and uninstalled mods manually it over wrote lots of files which over time sometimes lead to it not wanting to start up, installing the mods in creative orders helped me in this instance. There is often information on this on the mod page.

Other advice is obviously the usual, keep your drivers all up to date and keep your system up to date.

I have figured out I just cannot have msi afterburner running while the game is or else it crashes but thank you Maltesers for the help.

Anytime friend :)
