I was wondering this morning if it was possible that Intel would take a six core with an integrated GPU on the Skylake architecture?
What do you mean? there are 6 core Haswell chips, so I am pretty sure Skylake will too, unless intel works backwards.
No there probably will not be any 6 core 1151 Skylake parts, you probably won't see a 6 core 115x CPU until the next tock cycle but chances of that are slim at best
Edit: The SKU table says no, 4 HT core will be all you will get

I think that he means mainstream chips. I sure hope that they are. They have stalled on core-count for too long. Multi-core processing is become more and more common, so I would assume that they are going to start working towards more cores. I would love to see i3 being 4 cores, i5 being 4 with multi-threading, and i7 being six with multi threading or something like that.
I'm pretty sure he is talking about the 1151 Skylake CPUs because the E parts don't have iGPUs
I'm sorry to say that I'm not very knowledgeable on Intel products.
Looking at these new products was hoping maybe that at least one of them would have six cores with integrated GPU.
No there will be most likely no MS skylake 6 core cpu´s.
But yeah why asking questions that nobody can ansewr?
