is this case good for air cooling?

Yes. Actually one of the best dedicated air cooling chasis on the market.
It's a touch pricey for it's reletively bad watercooling options, but if you're not water cooling then i guess it's perfect for you.
Hi SOMNIX, i have the Raven RV02-BW, it is one heck of a cooling monster...
I brought this case for my hot(!) GTX 480's in SLi that i had at one point, and was the only chassis that could keep them cool enough in an SLi configuration with overclocks...
Since then i have gone down to just one GPU, as i feel i do not need SLi for my needs..... but the cooling this case offers is outstanding for Air users.
3x 180mm Silverstone Air Penetrator fans, and believe me, i put my finger in one by accident, took a good chunk out my little finger.... they are very powerful fans!
Also rather quiet if you run them on the slow setting, and even on slow, it cools better than any other case out there.
My full recommendation if you are an overclocker, with enthusuast Air cooling needs...

I also have a Silverstone raven 02, it's amazing: I have two GTX 560 ti's in SLI and the first card never surpasses the 70ºC, while the second never goes beyond 60~65 ºC.
