Sorry didn't realise i put this in the 'General Discusion' i'll change that now.
Get some good quality fans and run them at 5v.
Noctua fans would work well. Gentle Typhoon is supposedly quiet as well. Just replace all of the fans on there, and run them slower and slower until you can't hear them anymore.
Guess i should of mentioned this earlier but the stock fans make all the noise, it's mainly the GPU that get's on my nerves.
If the GPU makes a lot of noise, then turn the fan down on the GPU.
Underclock the gpu.
