Ok I recently started a post named "$2,000 PC Build". I kept reading about Haswell and about how its going to have a 1150 socket. If I go with ivy bridgy now I will not be able to upgrade. Nvidia and AMD are also going to release new Graphics card but thats not as much as a problem as with the CPU. So mainly I am asking should I go with Ivy Bridge now and not upgrade or wait and get a 1150 Socket motherboard? Also does anybody know if the new motherboards will have DDR4 support because Crucial already showed it of a CES. Please reply soon.
If you can I would wait a few months prices will drop on current stuff and there will be new hardware coming out like you said. But if you need it now I would say build one.
I don't NEED it. I will mainly use it for gaming so there isnt a rush. I will proabably be able to have more money by the time Haswell coems out. I HATE waiting.
