Should I use beta bios?

I just orderd my sdd and I'm wondering if I should update my bios to the latest version. the latest version had improved SSD compatibility but is also a beta version. should I install it?

I have a Gigabyte GA-P55A-UD5

Here is my rule: if you are just goofing around, beta is fine. If you are getting down to business, beta is not ok.
