Should i Upgrade to Haswell

So i want to upgade my pc, but is it necessary?

I got an i7-2600 on 4.10 Ghz, with a Gigabyte GA-Z68X-UD5-B3.

I want to upgrade to a Maximus VI Formula:

You could but depending on what you are doing you would be better off getting another 670 and doing sli if you are looking for more fps.  If you are doing cpu heavy things then if you really need more speed go for it.
