Should I upgrade or wait?

Currently I have an A8-6600K clocked at 4.6 GHz. I think I can push it farther to around 5GHz+

I was wondering if any of you guys see this as a good idea to upgrade or wait for Xeon E3 Broadwell CPU's?

I was looking at the Xeon E3-1241 v3 for around $270, I don't care for an outstanding motherboard as long as it works fine.

The main reason was because I was messing around with streaming and can stream 720P just fine at 30FPS but at the cost at playing at lower resolutions, which I don't mind too much.

Here is the specs of the CPU I was considering: http://ark.intel.com/products/80909

The question might be if you can wait that long. Performance desktop Broadwells could still be a year away.

ASRock should have some good options for inexpensive motherboards that still support the Xeons. On the other hand the i7-4790k might not be that much more expensive either in a couple of weeks, as supply sets in after the initial release.
