Should I upgrade my PSU?

Hey guys. I recently purchased a new build from NewEgg and so far I am satisfied with my new rig. I am thinking about getting an additional MSI GTX 660/OC for SLI. However, I am worried I don't have sufficient power for the additional GPU. I have tried many PSU calculators online and they recommend 600 watts for my build. I have an EVGA 600B PSU currently installed, so I guess I'm in the green, but it's a little close. Do you think I will be ok sticking with the 600w or should I seriously consider upgrading? Thanks for reading.

My Specs:

  • MSI GTX 660 2GB/OC
  • 8GB DDR3 2x4 Crucial Ballistix 1600mhz
  • MSI 970A-G46 Motherboard
  • AMD FX 6300 CPU
  • EVGA 600 watt PSU

You should be able to add a second graphics card without any problems. Though you may be getting up to ~450-500W, your PSU should be fine without an upgrade. Anything above 600W, like 700-800W, is meant for high performance systems, multiple graphics cards, maybe a 2-3 hard drives, you know what I mean.
