Should i upgrade my motherboard?

Ive recently bought a pc to upgrade to be my workstation and low end gaming build, but because its my first build i dont know if upgrading my motherboard would help or speed up my machine.

the motherboard is a Asus M4A785TD-V EVO 785G

Running a Amd Phenom ii x4 965 BE

Here are the other specs

64GB SSD Drive + Samsung 1TB Spinpoint F3 7200RPM
4GB DDR3 1333MHz RAM
Sapphire HD 5670 512MB GDDR5 Graphics card
Arctic Power 700W PSU

i know ill upgrade the ram and gpu, any suggestions on those would be happily received!!!

If you want to upgrade, start with GPU. Depending on budget and your needs, something like HD 7850 or GTX 760.

CPU and motherboard are still fine.

No point in upgrading RAM other than adding 4 more gigabytes.

Thats what i was thinking but i need relativly cheap suggestions cus im keeping it budget as possible. I only spent £150 on that lot and some other periferals!

Well, as I said, HD7850. No better bang for the buck.

Thanks, just to have the knowledge someone selse agrees :D and to have some suggestions
