Should i overclock my RAM?

first of all specs:

AMD A10-5800K 3.8GHz Quad-Core Processor

ASRock FM2A55M-DGS Micro ATX FM2 Motherboard

Patriot Intel Extreme Master, Limited Ed 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-2133 Memory

my RAM is at 1600mh and i am wondering if i should boost it up maybe not all the way but i really don't know.. this machine is used for gaming so will boosting the RAM make much of a difference? i read that apu based systems relly heavilly on the RAM speed?

any help would be greatly appreciated!

That ram is rated to run at 2133. You should have no problem bumping it up to that spec.

Yes you will see a big difference with 1600 vs 2133 (or greater) ram speeds on an apu

the option is there to put it at 2400? should i stick to 2133?

Go with 2133 MHz

If It can run stable @ 2400 More power to you!

Otherwise stick with 2133, but 2400 IS faster.
