The p67 chipset is pretty old now. If you are looking building a new system there are plenty of better newer options out there for roughly the same price.
So do you have anything in mind ? whats a new chipset?
what are you looking to spend? what cpu do you have/ plan to get? overclocking?
i'd reccommend an h77 board for arround that price
i want to spend $80 and im planing on geting a i3 or i5
what generation? sandy, ivy, or haswell?
if you give a price on cpu+ mobo we might be able be able to give you something good, or a price on an entire build
i3 1155 ivy
and i just want a good mobo for around $70-$80

looks ok, might wait for someone more experienced to chime in
here's what i might go with: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130674
oh that looks good but what i just found is black (going with a black and red scheme) and has a newer Z75 chip set. thanks do.
well if you're going for a color scheme then i think you found your board, but z75 isn't newer than h77, they're just different, see this compairison http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LGA_1155
see which features you prefer on z75 or h77
here's the same board on h77 if you happen to prefer those features http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157302
